Once again please accept our sincere apologies for yesterday's service availability interruption.

Please be advised that our updated TrustVault app v1.2.1 has just been approved by Apple for release to the UK App Store.

You will need to install this upgrade in order to access your accounts.

Once the upgrade is installed, you should be able to launch the app, login and use your accounts as usual.

You should also notice some new features:

Bitcoin Accounts (enabled in iOS Settings for TrustVault)
Multi-Sig Accounts (enabled by request via chat)
Easy transfer of entire ETH account balance
Copy account address button to share it with others
Support push notifications

We have identified and resolved the infrastructure upgrade issue that caused the service availability interruption. Please be assured that at no point were your assets at risk.

We have identified the cause of the current issue, have fixed the issue, and have proven our fix in production.

We are now awaiting Apple App Store to approve the new release. As soon as that has been achieved and the service is ready for you to use we will advise.

At this time, please do not use the service as it may put your user account in a recovery state.

Again I would like to assure you that your assets are completely safe and can be viewed with public keys on Ethereum.

Whilst we await approval from Apple, we are reviewing how this occurred and putting plans and processes in place to attempt to ensure it never happens again.

Unfortunately, our latest upgrade is taking longer than expected and has encountered an issue.

Please be assured that your assets are absolutely safe and the whole team is working on you getting a service as soon as possible.

Our current expectation is that due to requiring a new iPhone app version, which can take up to 24hrs for Apple App Store approval, it is likely that it will not be until Friday 10am UK time that your service will be restored. We are doing everything we can to expedite this with Apple.
